The apartment is currently being demolished and extensive renovations are required to make it a home. Buyers will need to tackle a large project. TK International director Jeremy Karpel said that a buyer with the funds could get a property valued between GBP8- 9 million. “This Hampstead flat offers the chance to own one London’s finite penthouses,” he said.TK International. The flat was originally part a larger apartment that had been constructed by combining two properties, creating a maze-like layout. The property’s current owner, a couple in their 60s, purchased it five years ago. They then stripped it back, before deciding that it was too big for them. The flat was then completely renovated and is now occupied.
