The venue will also include a club, bars, and restaurants. About 11,500 houses and flats have been built in the Olympic Park. Another 21,500 are planned for 2036. Chobham Manor will be the first new neighbourhood to be completed this summer. Construction has begun on East Wick, Sweetwater, and a new V&A outpost. A centre for Sadler’s Wells is also being built on East Bank. Telford Homes, near Stratford International has permission to build 380 rental apartments, along with a variety of shops and offices.
