Eurythmics’ former home on the French Riviera is for sale for GBP6 million

Nearly GBP6 million is being offered for a waterfront home that was once owned by Eurythmics’ stars, former couple Annie Lennox (Are Made of This) and Dave Stewart. It is located on the French Riviera. The property was purchased by the Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This), duo in 1988. They used it for 12 years before selling it off to David Mayman, founder of Jetpack Aviation. The five-bedroom home in Theoule-sur-Mer is accessed from its large terrace and private jetty. Villa Neptune is located 15km from Cannes and covers 3,440 sq ft. It has an outdoor “summer” kitchen with a Jacuzzi, a gym, and a Jacuzzi. It is one of two homes that Stewart and Lennox once owned in the area. They also had a ranch-style home in the countryside above Cannes. It featured a lake, stables and a recording studio. Carlton International According to Philip Weiser, CEO of Carlton Group, the homes were the “ultimate playgrounds” for the couple and their family. California-based Mayman purchased the property in the Nineties from Stewart and Lennox with the intention of using it as a second residence. However, he felt that the land was too large for his family and decided to renovate it before listing it for sale through Carlton International. Carlton International
